Guest Rooms
The Bayside Inn has five guest rooms, (one is an efficiency suite) on the second and third floors of the home. The rooms are named after five bays located within mid-coast Maine. Each room is individually decorated in a light Victorian style, appointed with carefully selected antiques and period reproductions. All rooms have air conditioning, private in-suite baths, wifi, cable tv, mini fridge, hair dryer, bathrobes, quality bath products and alarm clocks. There is plenty of parking.

Montsweag Bay
This second floor room is charming and bright with a Jenny Lind four poster queen size bed. The beautiful view of the harbor, floral wallpaper and plush carpet add to the sweet and coziness of the room. A private, in-suite bathroom with shower is yours as well.

Sheepscot Bay
The most affordable of Bayside Inn’s guestrooms. Located on the second floor, this bright and cheerful room is filled with morning sun to gently bring you back from a deep sleep, aided by the cool breezes from the large bay windows found in the room and your cozy, queen-size bed. Your private in-suite bath with shower only add to the ease, comfort, and pleasure of your visit.

Hockomock Bay
This second floor suite is perfect for family travel, an extended stay or for someone that just enjoys extra room. There is a king-size bed in the main room along with a single sleep sofa. The second room has a fully equipped efficiency kitchen and has harbor views. Both rooms have doors that can be closed for privacy and there is a private in-suite bathroom with shower.

Johns Bay
This third floor suite is perfect for family travel. The main room has a queen-size, white iron bed, homey wicker and a private bath. The adjacent room has a daybed with rollout trundle, window seats providing spectacular views of the harbor. Mini refrigerator and microwave as well as an equipped buffet with wine glass, dishes and silverware. Both rooms have doors that can be closed for privacy and a private in-suite bathroom with shower.

Linekin Bay
This spacious and inviting room is located on the third floor of the home and has outstanding views of the harbor, footbridge, and islands. Its four window seats and four-poster king-size bed add character and comfort to the room. A wet bar is provided, with under counter refrigerator and microwave. Linekin Bay also features a large newly renovated in-suite bath - it is the only guest room with tub/shower combination.

At the Bayside Inn, we do not require a two night minimum, we welcome children and pets and we try and keep our peak season prices below $225. Reserve with us, as the more rooms we fill, the easier it is to keep our prices low! We also take care of our repeat customers by honoring previous rates!
